The Administrative Specialist supports daily operations with a primary focus on employee expense management, sales travel coordination, and accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP). This role ensures accurate expense processing, timely handling of invoices and payments, and efficient coordination of travel logistics. The position works closely with Finance and internal teams to maintain organized records and support smooth business operations.
The successful candidate will be experienced in working within the medical device industry, preferably startups, with knowledge in clinical and regulatory affairs of medical devices. They will ensure that regulatory and clinical projects and practices are aligned with business objectives while maintaining compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and requirements.
The Manager, Market & Product Management, is responsible for driving market-informed product strategy and execution across a growing medical device portfolio. This role bridges market intelligence, product planning, and commercial execution, ensuring products are well positioned, successfully launched, and continuously optimized to meet customer and business needs.
Based in Plano, TX, the Product Specialist serves as the primary product-level field support resource for the commercial organization. This role is responsible for in-service execution, first-line troubleshooting, and real-time product enablement for both field sales and customers.
